BAGGAGE
One (1) small baggage item per person
will be allowed on tours, subject to vehicle storage limitations.
Extra baggage (drop-off and pick-up only) will be charged for at a rate
of $5.00 for each piece over two.
PETS
No pets or animals will be allowed on tours with the exception of guide dogs and service dogs.
FARES
Except as otherwise provided, fares
shown in this tariff are adult fares. Children under five years
of age, in a parent or guardians lap, will be carried without
charge. Child car seats will not be allowed. Children 5
years of age and under 10 years of age, accompanied by a parent or
guardian, will be charged one-half the applicable adult fare.
Children 10 years of age and over will be charged the full adult
fare. The provisions of this item apply only when the child is
accompanied by one adult passenger paying the full adult fare.
ROUTING AND DESTINATION
The carrier reserves the right to
cancel or refuse to make any trip when weather, highway or trail
conditions render operation of motor vehicles, in the opinion of the
carrier or its employees, dangerous or impracticable, and to make
detours at any time should weather, highway or trail conditions render
completion of any trip dangerous or impracticable.
INTERMEDIATE POINTS
Fares to and from intermediate points
not specifically named in this tariff will be the same fare to or from
the next point beyond.
LOST OR STOLEN ARTICLES
Management is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged on tours.
RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposit:
-- Reservations will require a record of credit card information.
Full Payment:
-- Full payment is due within one-half hour prior to the scheduled tour time.
Cancellation:
-- Reservations must be cancelled minimum 12-hours prior to scheduled tour time.
-- Reservations cancelled less than 12-hours prior
to scheduled tour time will be charged one-half the normal
or quoted tour rate.
-- No shows will be charged full fare.
-- Management reserves the right to cancel tours,
adjust tour lengths and/or itineraries, or adjust minimums in
consideration of weather conditions.
Minimums:
-- Specified in the Statement of Fares.
OBJECTIONABLE PERSONS
The carrier reserves the right to
refuse or terminate services to any person who is under the influence
of intoxicating alcohol or drugs, or who is incapable of taking care of
self, is suffering from a contagious disease, or whose conduct is
offensive or dangerous or likely to be objectionable to other
passengers or the driver.
Exception: This rule shall not apply to physically challenged or
aged persons accompanied by a nurse or competent adult attendant.
DATES OF SALE
Season: May 25 to November 30.
SMOKING
Smoking is not allowed while passengers
are in a vehicle. Smoking is allowed during designated rest stops
only. Extinguishment and disposal of smoking materials will be
controlled.
ILL OR INJURED PERSONS
Management is not responsible for
persons who become ill or injured on tour or as a result of
participating in a tour. All participants will be required to
sign a “Release of Liability, Assumption of All Risks, and Arbitration
Agreement” form before beginning their tour. A parent or guardian
will be required to sign for and accompany minors as defined in Item
40: Fares. Guides are trained in standard first aid and CPR
techniques and will provide emergency care as the situation dictates.
